Third day plan instructions:(Rest)

With "Day 1: Leg Exercise Program" and "Day Two: Chest and Triceps" plan, the third day does not require you to exercise. Have a good rest today, take good nutrition, and continue exercising tomorrow.

Even though you have a day off, you'll want to do some aerobic exercise in the morning and evening. The time is controlled at about 20 minutes.
