What Fitness Equipment Should I Bring on My Vacation?

We know, going on vacation shouldn’t be about exercise and being fit, it should be about relaxing. We agree that relaxation should be part of it but exercise definitely should be a component so you don’t waste all the hard work you did in the gym leading up to your trip.

It is important to do sone activity most days to make the re-entry to your regular routine once you get home, that much easier and successful. By sticking to a routine while away your a creating consistency and habits. This will get you results over the long term. Studies have shown that those who exercise while away, are 80% more likely to be successful in their health and fitness goals. You don’t need to exercise for hours on end while on vacation, twenty mins or thirty minutes will get you results and continue that routine for you to stay on track.

???? Rubber bands for some resistance training.

???? A skipping rope for cardio.

???? TRX or another brand of body weight suspension trainer that can hook up anywhere.
