How to do seated angle yoga

1. To prepare for sitting in Mountain Pose, spread your legs apart and stretch them to both sides one after another, trying to widen the distance between your feet.

2. Keep the soles of your feet stable, perpendicular to the ground, and your toes pointing upward.

3. Use the thumb, index finger and middle finger of both hands to grasp the big toe on the same side, ensuring that the thumb is on the outside of the big toe and the index finger and middle finger are on the inside.

4. Press your legs down, straighten your waist and sides of your body, maintain this position for a while, and breathe normally.

5. Exhale, stretch your upper body and then bend forward, touch your forehead, nose and chin to the ground (if possible), expand your chest, and pull your sternum as far as possible toward the ground. Lower your chest to the floor and stretch your back.

6. Stretch your arms, hold the soles of your feet with one hand, and maintain normal breathing for 30-60 seconds.

7. Inhale, raise your head, relax your hands, and return to the mountain pose.
